LEARN TODAY FOR A BETTER TOMORROW!
Paragon International School, Cambodia (Paragon ISC), formerly known as Zaman International School, was established in 1997. It is governed by the School Board and is one of Cambodia’s premier international schools.
Two purpose-converted buildings on Street 71 become a small school with a big purpose. Under the leadership of Mr. Atilla Yusuf Guleker, teachers and families worked side by side to give children stability, discipline, and opportunity in a country rebuilding itself.
As student numbers and ambitions grew, the school moved its secondary programme into a modern facility. That move signalled Paragon’s first step from a neighbourhood school toward a full K–12 institution.
Paragon ISC opened its first purpose-built Primary Campus in 2010. This gave the school the space to refine its teaching approach for young learners, strengthen the primary curriculum, and create an environment designed for exploration, literacy, and foundational skills.
In 2012, Paragon ISC expanded again with a colourful, child-centred Kindergarten Campus. This campus introduced play-based learning, early social development, and safe, age-appropriate spaces that supported the school’s growing commitment to high-quality early education.
The school rebranded from Zaman International School to Paragon International School Cambodia. The new name reflects a renewed focus on international standards, academic rigour, and global citizenship. Paragon ISC begins to align more deliberately with international accreditation and university pathways.
Over the years, Paragon ISC became an official Cambridge Assessment International Education centre and earned accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS). This validated the school’s academic quality and opened doors for graduates worldwide.
A landmark moment: Paragon ISC opens its newest,
purpose-built main campus
at Land № 402, Plov Lom (Svay Pak). The campus brings Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary under one advanced, secure site with science labs, ICT and robotics suites, studios, sports facilities, two libraries, and collaborative learning spaces. This is the school’s most visible promise to students and parents — modern facilities, integrated learning pathways, and room to grow.
Paragon ISC now educates students from ages 2 to 18 across a bilingual track (Khmer + Cambridge) and a fully international Cambridge route. Graduates move on to respected universities; students win national and international competitions; and the school continues to balance Cambodian identity with global opportunity.
